Abstract:
This employee satisfaction survey was conducted by Indonesia's biggest chemical manufacturing company to assess the employee engagement index among different job grades, compartments, genders, age groups, work tenures, and work placements. The survey aimed to identify the level of employee engagement and satisfaction, as well as the factors influencing the engagement index. Through a comprehensive methodology involving questionnaires and focus group discussions with employee representatives from each job grade, the study provides valuable insights into the company's workforce sentiment and potential areas for improvement.
